FBR has its suborinate offers all over the country and is in the process of evolving a smart legal team for its sub ordinate offices to plead the department cases of Pakistan Customs Services before various legal fora courts etc. Legal team shall be hired at regional level at different stations of Pakistan Customs filed Formations i.e. Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, Peshawar, Karachi Hyderabad, Gwadar and Quetta

Terms & Conditions for Advocate Jobs 2022?
- Application form and document must reach on time
- No TA / DA shall be allowed for the test / Interview
- Panel advocates shall provide legal opinion endorsement / on matters relating to taxation, services and all matter related to customs and other allied Laws
- Shall appear before the various courts as required or on the direction of the department
- Help in preparation of Para wise comments whenever required for vetting by the department for submission before the courts and assistant the department in acquiring court documents
- Convey the courts directions and decision to the department well in time
- Candidates shall apply for one station. Applications for multiple stations shall not be considered
- Candidates shall apply for the station of his / her residence domicile station of practice
- Interview call letters to eligible candidates shall be issued by the head / chief Collector of respective station as prescribed in FBR’s Policy of advocates
- Incomplete application and after due date application will not be entertained
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Law
- In case the degree is obtained from foreign university equivalence certificate from HEC has to be submitted by the candidates
- Remuneration
- At least 3 years practice / experience as Advocate of High Court in Custom taxation service and allied matters
- Having good reputation and sound professional competence
- In case of retire officers of FBR who have served Pakistan Customs Service PCS for at least ten min. one years experience as an Advocate High Courts is required
- The candidates are advised to bring their original certificates / documents at the time of interview / test
- The Govt. or Semi. Govt. servant should apply through proper channel with NOC
- The closing date of the application is 15-06-2022
