- Govt. or Semi Govt. servants should be apply through proper channel with NOC
- Min. of 5 years of experience in S&T Research & Development or Policy
- Fluency in Mandarin and familiarity with Chinese culture will be advantageous
- The candidate should not be order than 45 years of age
