- Educational qualifications: Possess at least a Graduate degree from a well reputed institute and recognized by the HEC related to Science Engineering or Aviation Management and related Disciplines or Be a Chartered Accountant CA or be a recognized Businessman or Professional with Post graduate degree in Business Administration or Public Administration OR equivalent from any institute recognized by the HEC
- Work Experience: Min 20 years of working experience preferably in aviation sector including aircraft
- Operations / Aircraft acquisition / aircraft sales induction and upgrade in reputable airline aviation organization with min. 10 years experience in a senior Management positions in relevant professional area
- Preference will be given to the candidates who has worked as CEO of an equally sized international airline or commercial organization
- The proven track record of successful turnaround of a company of equal size will be given due consideration
- Officers presently working in service Pakistan may also apply through proper channel as prescribed rules and regulations under the Esta Code
- Tenure: The selected candidates will be given employment on contract basis for a period of three years which may be extended
- Pay Package: Successful candidates will be offered market based salary and fringe benefits
