Key Responsibilities for General Manager & Assistant Jobs 2021?
In this position, we need result-oriented professionals with solid experience in human resource management and training and development. He will be familiar with the best and current industry. AGM will provide strategic human leadership and planning. On the management side, this role is responsible for all areas of logistics general office administration, health and safety inventory and vehicle management.
Experience:
At least 12 years of post qualification relevant experience in HR/ Administration, including 4 years in a similar role
Qualification:
Master of Business Administration with a major in HR, or Master of Human Resource Management or Management Science from a reputable HEC recognized university with preferably a SHRM certification
